Student Ambassador; Vineeth Maliakkal

Being involved in your university not only helps to make connections in an environment where you are working with other established professionals or success-seeking students, but helps to make a resume look fuller. There are many ways that people can get involved in and around their university whether it is working on campus or finding ways to help improve campus environment. Many universities employ students as well, providing not only work, but also helping to establish some work history. 

Vineeth Maliakkal himself has gotten involved in helping his university however; he helps by working as a student ambassador. As a student ambassador, Vinnie Maliakkal works as the voice for the student body of the University of Missouri. And the Student Ambassador Program at the University of Missouri is part of the Mizzou Student Foundation. As a student ambassador, Vineeth Maliakkal helps to participate in school events and promote school spirit. It also includes participating school fundraising events and promoting private donations. 

As a very social and people friendly person, the recruiting aspect of being a student ambassador is well suited to Vineeth Maliakkal’s strengths. And he is not afraid to be active about issues affecting the school as well. If there are any issues that affect the university, Vinnie Maliakkal is the kind of person to come out and state what the problem is. Part of what makes Vinnie Maliakkal so well suited to the position of student ambassador is his ability to get involved in a cause he believes in and supports, similar to how he is active in supporting fund raising for the Obama campaign. And Vineeth Maliakkal’s ability to be active and socially involved makes him perfect for the role of student ambassador.
